The meltdown and all that is playing out in the financial markets is
unprecedented. The world is in fear, and many of the giants are falling. It signals that we are at a turning point in the history of man.
It challeges us to come before the Lord with a humble heart, not as victims but aligning ourselves with the sufferings and insecurities in
the world around us,thus allowing God to establish us a a living example of the resurrection power of Christ.
Now is the time for the Church to enter into a whole new dimension,
where the Gospel of Jesus Christ is becoming flesh through acts of love and compassion.
The testimonies from the earlier experiences of the Week of Bounty
and the proposals set forth in this book are not intended as a "bail out
action" of the Church, It is an invitation to enter into the manifest power of God in a time of chaos and shaking.
May the Church of South Africa and all churches worldwide rise to the
challenge, and may the testimony of God echo throughout the whole world because of your acts of love.
William D Taylor, Senior Mentor and Global Ambassador
World Evangelical Alliance Mission Commission
Willie Crews' powerful book flows or perhaps explodes out of the
heart of a South African pastor-mission leader. God was so evident
in the prophetic words that touched a nation and released a tidal wave of compassion and contribution.
Can this be done again ???
Why not !!!!
Is it limited only to South Africa ???
Of course not !!
The Week of Bounty strikes me as the logical outpouring and application of our Lords' own heart,

Don't hesitate or postpone. Get involved in the Week
of Bounty. Become part of the stream of Gods' grace.
Open the floodgates of heaven, so that others can receive.
See the joy of God coming into the lives of the poor and also
in the lives of the givers

Daily we face urgent needs. Unemployment in the townships is
high, with the added problem of an influx of Zimbabwean refugees.
As a church family we are approached by 200 needy refugees a month.
If ever there was a need for the Week of Bounty, it is now.
The Week of Bounty is imperative.

An innovative programme, true to Biblical principles and descriptive
of what it means to be genuine follows of Jesus Christ according to
Ephesians 2:10
May God grant that all who name the name of Jesus Christ will know
how privelidged they are to participate in such practical Christianity.

The Week of Bounty - and the clear explanation thereof in this book
is a highly effective tool in the hands of a leader looking to mobilise his people for involvement - resulting in many seeing the breaking through of the Kingdom in their own lives.

Dr Isak Burger, President Apostolic Faith Mission, South Africa.
Since the first Week of Bounty was launched a couple of years ago,
there have been a large number of churches pursuing this noble
idea in some form or the other.
I sincerely challenge you to become a partner in this endeavour so that we can once again experience something of the Early Church
as mention in Acts 4:34 "For there was no needy among them.
Ken Jumper, Pastor, The Harvest, Lexington, South Carolina U.S.A.
Whilst reading Willies' book I was reminded of Galations 2:10
which reminds us to remember the poor.
Surely if God is so mindful of the poor, we should be as well.
Let us have the mind of Christ (Phillipians 2:5) and remember the
poor.
Great book, great coincept and I'm sure God will smile.
